Founded in 1961, National Felt offers a wide range of shoddy pad products especially intended for the mattress and the upholstery industry. In 1981, the company bought the commercial rights of the FLEX-XEL process from the American company Fiberlok Inc.
National Felt produces insulator and laminated pads for mattresses, furniture, pool underlay and several other applications from a raw material which is essentially composed of new material cuttings and remnants obtained from North American textile mills.
Environmental Conservation: Our main activity involves the recovery of large quantities of material that would normally be discarded and then is transformed into versatile and economical products.
Raw Material: National Felt's products are made exclusively from fabric cuttings form textile manufacturer's sewing departments whose sources of supply are primarily North America. Then manufacturing process makes use of mostly natural and synthetic fibers.
